The Cedotal Family

Days leading up to the Cedotal family’s session, south Louisiana and Mississippi had massive rainfall. We planned to have their session Saturday evening at the beautiful Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville, Louisiana, but we had to move it to a later date due to weather. I am so glad we rescheduled for sunrise on Sunday!

We held their session in cool, crisp morning air on Sunday! And let me just say it was MAGICAL! I love having sessions early in the morning, because I get to watch the sun rise as I am driving and experience God’s wonderful gifts!

When Jason contacted me in March, he stated that they are in the process of building a new house and want to hang up professional family photos when they move in. Since their son, Jacob, was born they have not had a family photo shoot so this session would be extra special for them all. With that in mind, Fontainebleau State Park instantly came to my mind as the perfect location for their session, and as always it did not disappoint!

Of course due to the recent weather it was a little sloppy, but we had fun dodging puddles and found the perfect spots underneath the mossy oak trees and on the white sand beach to showcase their love for each other! Terri even came extra prepared with her adorable polka dotted rain boots. I had such a blast getting to know each of them, I am so excited for the Cedotal’s as they move into their new forever home! I can not wait to have them in front of my camera again and hear about all the great memories they’ve made in their new home! Congratulations Jason, Terri and Jacob!
