Storm Aschebrock

After eight years at Louisiana State University, Storm is graduating as a Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine, DVM, this May. I could not be more proud of her then I am right now! The world has thrown her some rough curveballs, but she has continued to push forward and achieve her childhood dream of becoming a full time animal doctor. Because only a person who loves a challenge, would take on patients who can not tell them where it hurts!

Storm has been my Best Friend for almost twenty years and for as long as I can remember, she has always wanted to go to college and become a vet. We lived around the corner from each other in Arabi, Louisiana when we were kids, and when Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005 we remained long distance friends. She moved back to Arabi not long after the hurricane, while I was relocated with my family in Picayune, Mississippi. Since then we’ve only become closer, she was a bridesmaid in my wedding and is now the Godmother to my two children. My kids call her ‘Nanny’ and adore her as much as I do!

Once Storm graduates from LSU, she will be moving to Texas for her first job as an Associate Veterinarian at Winnie Veterinary Clinic! We are ready to see you change the world! I know you’ll do amazing things in Texas, but I am already missing you dearly!
