elegant fall wedding with loving couple at the greystone

Winter is in full swing here in south Louisiana, but the bitter cold ended for one day and gave Lauren and Evan the perfect wedding day! Temperatures were in the high 60s, the sun was shining and a light breeze blew all day long at the beautiful Greystone venue in Mandeville, Louisiana. Lauren and her ladies got ready in the venue’s elegant bridal suite, with its large, bay windows and crystal chandelier its a great place to celebrate your big day with those you love the most! Before Lauren got into her dress, she received a surprise gift from her fiance’ Evan, and he got her the most beautiful pair of diamond stud earrings from Ramsey’s Diamond Jewelers!

Lauren did a first look with both her dad and Evan before the ceremony! When Evan turned around and seen her, he cried tears of happiness and love which had us tearing up with him. Their love for each other is something you don’t see every day in this world. Their love is true, exciting and will last a lifetime. During their couple portraits, the happiness and love was pouring off of them and giving us all the feels!

The reception was a huge party thanks to the couple’s awesome deejay, DJ Mafia Music Entertainment who had the whole crowd singing along and dancing the night away. One of my favorite parts of their reception was when Lauren and her dad, Eric, surprised the guests with a special hiphop dance including some of my favorite songs like “Jump on it” by Sugarhill Gang, “Fancy like” by Walker Hayes, and “Bye bye bye” by Nsync! After a full night of dancing, Lauren and Evan drove off into the night in an orange 1964 Cadillac deVille with sparklers leading the way!
